I am a sound designer and composer from Cambridge with a particular interest in sound for moving image. I work within mainstream forms such as advertisements and idents. A key area of my work is exploring new ways of creating sound and music, for example, biosynthesis and generative music. Examples of my work can be found on my Showreel.

I have been shaped by a number of influences. I started out totally absorbed by EDM and began to produce progressive house. This went along with my musical development and an interest in playing the piano and composing with the LaunchPad MIDI controller. From there, I became involved with live music and was in a band which performed in several Cambridge venues, including The Cambridge Junction.

Starting university opened me up to a far wider range of influences and pushed me to explore new areas. I am proud of the work I have produced during the pandemic. I noticed a distinct genre of pandemic adverts and produced generative music, imagining the sound of an architectural space. This has led me on to new work, in production, exploring biosynthesis and sonic architecture.
